TRIBLOCK FOR RINSING, BOTTLING AND CAPPING 24/20/4,

  • A lower structure and perimeter frame of basement are built entirely of stainless steel AISI 304.

RINSING AND STERILIZATION SECTION WITH 24 GRIPS, DOUBLE TREATMENT WITH H2O2 AND HOT AIR TO ACTIVATE THE PEROXID.

  • Working cycle

  • The bottles are fed to this section by means conveyor, sorted by the screw and  placed onto the neck handling infeed star-wheel.
  • While passing through star-whell the peroxide is injected.
  • The bottles are gripped by the neck with special clamps, and with a special twist are tilted with the neck in a downwards position to enter in hot treatment area.
  • Gripping clamps and spraying unit have such a position to assure the removal in single unit to facilitate the maintenance.
  • The spraying nozzles enter onto bottle neck by some milimeters in order to assure internal spraying.
  • The length of the running angle and the time of blowing can be adjusted.
  • After activation of peroxide, the intermediate star-whell feeds the bottles to the successive area.
  • Structural characteristics:

  • all parts in contact with the liquid are made of stainless steel AISI 316.

The whole machine can be disinfected with steam at a temperature of 120°C for 20 minutes or with chemical agents.

ELECTRONIC FILLING SECTION WITH 20 VALVES WITH MAGNETIC FLOWMETERS

  • Filling unit controlled by magnetic flow meters in order to estimate accurately the volume of the product.
  • Reaching the set-up product’s volume is activated the aseptic cut-off valve.
  • The filler annular tank is made entirely of stainless steel with internal and external surfaces perfectly worked and polished.
  • Pressure control device in the product circuit in order to maintain the same product pressure. The proportional operation of the pressure transducer allows a constant flow of product, depending on capacity.
  • Bottles centering device for correct positioning during filling.
  • FITRONIC/UC station, thanks to "no touch" filling, allows preserving sterility of filling valves and whole product circuit and to avoid contamination of the final product.
  • Filling valve body in single unit made of stainless steel, according to food finishing standards.
  • Product flow aseptic cut-off valve assures an ideal sterility of all internal parts of the filling valve.
  • Dummy bottles for automatic CIP.
  • All parts in touch with the product can be sterilized with hot steam at 120°C for 20 minutes.

CAPPING SECTION WITH 4 closing HEADS FOR PLASTIC THRED CAPS

Automatic unit with 4 heads to work with plastic thread caps.

  • Cap mechanical orientator.
  • Screwing heads with magnetic clutch made of AISI 304.
  • Chute, made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
  • Electronic cap-presence monitoring device.
  • Pick & Place device made of AISI 304 stainless steel, to transfer caps from the chute to the closing heads.
