THE SYSTEM OF EXTRACTION FOR POMACE/FRUIT, composed by:
- 01 double stainless steel paddle with accessories (flange, bearing, gaskets)
- The rotation is performed by means of motor power of 5.5 horsepower (4 kW) for 380 Volt and gear motor with large gear ratio;
PUMPOVER SYSTEM (RIMONTAGE) composed by:
- Pump capacity 2NR; 700 vol./min.
- Performance 250/300 l/min (can also be used for filling/emptying of tanks)
- Pipe diameter of 52.2 mm and a total length of 6 m
- Irrigation system (“gander” rotating under the pressure of the juice)
- Valve DIN DN 50 with plug, 2 tees, 3 taps.
ELECTRICAL CONTROL PANEL, composed by:
- Stainless steel Cabinet;
- General switch;
- Button on/off for pump over;
- Timer to control the waiting time of the pump over;
- On/off button of the motor reducer for unloading the fruit;
- Timer to control the working time of the pump over.
- Implementation of the panel in accordance with CE regulations 89/392 / CEE (machine directive), 89/336 / CEE (electromagnetic compatibility directive), 73/23 CEE (low voltage directive) and their subsequent changes.
