MAIN TECHNICAL AND CONSTRUCTIVE FEATURES

  1. Chassis of the machine in sturdy mechanical carpentry completely clad in stainless steel AISI 304 with wide lateral access doors.

RINSING SECTION WITH 24 GRIPS – ONE TREATMENT WITH WATER

RECYCLING UNIT (OPTION):

Recycling unit usually consist of tank (A) for rinsing liquid, arriving from discharge collector (in), pump (B) for liquid circulation inside the tank and two filtering units (C) of 1µm and 0,45 µm, to filter the liquid fed to the machine (out).

The pump, connected to the machine, turns off with every machine’s stop, avoiding pressure creation inside injection unit.

Recuperation tank of 50 liters with level probe and electrical valve (D) allowing automatic refill of rinsing liquid.

The unit is also equipped with 2 manometers (E), one before, another after filter, in order to read pressure fall and filters clogging level respectively.

The tank, pipes and pump and filters parts in contact with rinsing liquid are made of stainless steel AISI 316.

Such configured unit is able to guarantee an output up to 12.000 bph.
